Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Higher shipping costs may apply.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Fulfillment of most orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.

How will you ship my order?

Most orders are shipped per US Postal Service (USPS). Depending on where you're located, it will take between 2-5 business days to arrive to you once shipped.

How do I determine the right size for my apparel?

Please refer to the Comfort Colors size guide find your perfect fit. If you prefer an oversized fit, order a size up. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
